It's a simple request.... remove this overly exploited command.

Too many groups under the shame of defeat all resign before groups can take out the ghost before the last one or two people left alive.

It is happening almost all the time. It's cheap, quite pathetic, and is being exploited in this way nonstop.

I'm sure there is a great number of you who do this, as almost every group I go up against is doing this, but it's annoying and being exploited. The morale is not needed to win, but we all know it's very handy.

If you have to play cheap to win or screw over the victorious party in this way you have a serious problem.

I really think they need to remove this command. IF you agree say so.

/resign doesnt work with henchmen or less than 8 players on your team, so i dont see the point of this.

when i ask my members to resign.... usually they don't listen and take a long time to finish it....

Most of the groups doing this are guild groups. But all the groups doing it are full groups.

Not sure if it works when hench are on team or not, I dont' see why it wouldn't if the hench are dead.

But it's not hard to miss. It's happened countless times just today. One (or two) person(s) left, go for the Ghostly Hero and before we can kill him they are not on radar and battle has been won. It doesn't say they left the group right away. If they had left, it would have.

and 99% of every group i run into has the last 1 or 2 people run away and waste our time. Some of them rage before they can kill the ghost. There will always be a-holes in guild wars, and theres nothing you can do about it, no matter what u think. Just let a-holes be a-holes.

One person leaving is nothign new. It's happened for a long time and will continue to happen. This is a TEAM effort, and is happening all the time. One person leaves cause they dont' want to die, its pathetic but oh well. The entire team /resign to keep victorious team from getting a little morale? Thats annoying and even more pathetic.

My mistake was thinking I could make a post and not get flammed by a dozen people.

No, the mistake was coming here and thinking the majority of the people who would post in this thread don't do this. You should have expected it. It's ok, they are probably teething and have diaper rash anyways, can't blame them for their irritability. "Oh noes, my uber elder wolf gots pwned! I can't win all the time?!? *cry* /resign /ragequit *cry*"

Still, I must agree - it's a team effort and the team effort can just be to map out for the same result. But it is funny that posts like this bring out the scum doing it like flies to, well, you know.

What did you expect? You're calling a command an exploit because you don't seem to understand that morale boosts are meant to be got during the fight not after when you save 1 person. If you want the morale boost you should kill the ghost sooner and stop complaining, nobody even does this so I honestly don't even know what the f**k you're talking about.
